When can I expect my order?

Orders are shipped on a daily basis Monday - Friday, excluding U.S holidays.
Your order takes one day to process and ships the next business day. 
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. (EST) process the next business day. 

Shipping method is United States Postal Service.
Within United States expected delivery 3-7 days. 

Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (EST).

Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

No. Click the "Add To Cart" button and your order process will begin. 

How will I know how much my shipping cost is?

There is an option at check out to calculate cost before submitting your order.

What is the shelf life of your products?

One year. Discard any unused product after a year.

How do I store my Motion Medica products?

Immediately open your products.
Shake well or stir if there is separation
common with natural products.

* Summer: Keep in an air conditioned or cool environment.
* Winter: Keep at room temperature (68 - 75 F)

Protect your products from moisture, heat and direct UV light.

Note: 
During hot summer months natural products can become thinner above 76 degrees.
If this occurs place products in refrigerator for 24 hours.
If separation occurs simply stir product.
Also, during seasonal temperatures including colder months,
natural products may vary in scent and color.
This does not affect the performance of product. 

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Hypoallergenic products are not necessarily safer for sensitive skin.
There are no FDA standards governing use of the term hypoallergenic.
Therefore, we do not use this statement as many skin care
companies do as a marketing ploy. 

Why aren't your products ECOCERT?

We require our suppliers to submit documentation
directly to our company of certified organic botanicals. 

Do you do network marketing/selling, multi-level marketing?

No. This is another reason why our cost is low for high quality
organic products. There are no pay-outs for commissions.

Are your products just for people with a fitness lifestyle?

No. Originally, we innovated and launched the company
with products formulated for the avid exerciser.
As we grew, we expanded the line for all lifestyles/skin types.

Do your products have organic ingredients?

Yes.

Do your products contain artificial fragrance or colors?

No. The scents and colors are the natural ingredients.

I am a Motion Medica customer and don't receive notifications
about free product private sales. Why?

It may be in your junk box. Add us to your Address Book or Safe Sender list.
Contact us if you do not receive private sale invitations. 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Contact us for information.

Why is artificial fragrance in skin care products not good for my skin?

Artificial fragrance, also listed as "parfum" in ingredients contains allergens,
sensitizers and neuortoxins.
Used on a long term basis can also speed up aging of the skin.

Why don't you use Benzoyl Peroxide in your products?

This ingredient costs pennies and although an organic compound in the peroxide family,
it's also used for bleaching hair, teeth and polymerising polyester.
A common ingredient in lots of mainstream skin care lines
-it does not hold up to Motion Medica's standards and has a drying side effect.

Do you test your products on animals?

No. Animals don't use our products. Humans do. 
When the products are ready for testing, they are tested on our test panel 
of long-term customers.
