But what causes this? Scientists are still uncertain what the exact answer is, but they do have some worthwhile theories.
Your lymphatic system is controlled by movement and operates best during exercise. The lymphatic system is also known as "the drainage system of the body". This system consists of lymph nodes & vessels that carry lymph fluid around your body. This amazing circuit collects waste from tissues and returns it to the blood after it has been fully purified.

If the lymph is insufficiently activated, cells swim in their own waste which can block pores. Lymph fluid carries cells that help fight infection. When the blood cells are not able to unload their toxins via the kidneys, they go to the next best eliminative organ: your skin!
When bacteria starts to set in the pores- it causes acne. STEP 1* (One) 8 oz DERMACLEANZ CLEANSER -  Thoroughly removes bacteria in sweat causing acne, and extra oil production. Deep cleanses the pores to prevent breakouts and blackheads. Contains meadowsweet extract combined with lactic acid and polysaccharides derived from honey extract. Lemon bioflavnoids and rosemary extract are included to help stimulate and tone the skin. STEP 2 * (One) 4 oz Tube HONEY ALMOND SCRUB  - An exfoliating creme with the key ingredient, honey. Honey is valued as a humectant due to its sugar content. Some what acidic, has mild antiseptic properties, which makes it very beneficial in the treatment of acne. Contains Oat Flour by a process of finely milling the oats to soothe & reduce irritation. This ultra rich creme can be left on skin for 10 - 15 minutes for a deep- pore cleansing treatment. Other specially chosen ingredients such as Hydrolyzed Collaen, Niacinamide and Sodium PCA are added to help hydrate and improve skin elasticity.  Use after cleansing with Dermaclenz at post workout. Appearance: Thick rich creamy paste with the natural fragrance of honey.

STEP 3 * (One) 8 oz  Spray Pump HERBAL BLEND ASTRINGENT - Contains eight botanical extracts which are cold pressed thus eliminating alcohol content. Willow Bark extract (Organic Salicylic Acid). One of the most effective Alpha Beta Hydroxy Acids for exfoliating surface dead skin cells and debris that can cause acne-thus allowing the Sage extract (purifies and stabilizes oily skin- to penetrate). Horsetail Extract and Coltsfoot extract- both known for detoxifying, astringent & healing properties for skin.
Apply after cleansing with MM’s Dermacleanz and Honey Almond Scrub using flat cotton sheet. Can be sprayed directly on acne for all parts of body.

STEP 4 * (Two ) 0.33 oz CAMPHOR TREATMENT STICK- A quick, easy to use concentrate to apply directly to acne. The naturally derived Salicylic Acid exfoliates surface dead skin- allowing the Camphor to penetrate the pimple(s). Camphor is a fragrant thick oil derived from the wood of the Cnamonum Caphora tree of the Far East. STEP 5 * (One) 2 oz CLARIFYING CAMPHOR MASQUE - This very medicinal masque purges skin to remove toxins and debris. When used regularly, it prevents occlusion of pores, and manages and controls oil and blemishes. Leaves a brighter, fresher-looking complexion.  Use 2 to 3 times a week after thoroughly cleansing with the Dermaclenz Cleanser and applying Herbal Astringent Toner. Allow to set for 15 to 20 minutes-remove with cool damp wash cloth. 
The Clarifying Camphor Masque contains Camphor and Bentonite- a fine mineral clay super effective for drawing excess oil from skin. Colloidal Sulfur- naturally occurring element known for its cleansing, healing and purifying properties. This masque will also help to keep acne from reoccuring when healed.
Appearance:  Thick white creamy masque with the natural aroma of Camphor.

HELPFUL TIPS FOR QUICKER RESULTS:
*At bed time and after cleansing with MM's Dermacleanz Cleanser & Honey Almond Scrub- apply MM’s Camphor Treatment to the pimple(s)- then dab a small amount of MM’s Clarifying Camphor Masque over the Camphor Treatment-  LEAVE ON  until morning. Several clients have seen results in 1 to 3 days by using this nightly tip. 
*Apply Motion Medica's Sage & Citrus Moisterizer on clean skin BEFORE exercise as a protective barrier against bacteria causing acne. This moisterizer is also designed for oily and acne prone skin.
* Using other cleansers, topical acne treatments and masques besides Motion Medica's Acne Kit, not only is unnecessary but may cause skin to become irritated. You should only use the contents in the Acne Kit and suggested moisterizer.

I have highly sensitive skin and most products I used for acne caused my skin to be dry. Will this Acne Kit be right for me?
The products are all designed for sensitive skin with no harsh chemicals which leads to dryness. The botanicals are extracted using a cold pressed process thus eliminating alcohol content unlike mass production methods.
Why don't you have a sample kit available for the Acne Kit?
The Acne Kit is a "treatment" which must be used on an on going daily basis. There is no over night cure for acne.
I break out on my shoulders and back. Can I use the Acne Kit for this?
Yes. The Acne Kit is not limited to your face.
Are there any known side effects from the Acne Kit?
The Camphor Treatment Sticks may cause some tingling to the pimple(s) when first applied.
My breakouts stopped since using the kit. What should I use to prevent future breakouts?
Continue with the Camphor Treatment Masque 2-3 times a week after cleansing with the Dermaclenz Cleanser. As your exfoliater continue with the Honey Almond Scrub 2 times a week. Never allow more than 30 minutes to cleanse after exercise.
Can the kit be used by teenagers?
Yes. It is recommended for teens 13 years old and up.
