Policies and Procedures

* All distributors are required to have a retail operation (store) or be a licensed skin care or fitness professional to qualify as a reseller & purchase at the wholesale level pricing.

* All orders shipped US Priority mail  FOB Long Island, New York. Payments either prepaid AMEX / VISA / MASTER CARD / PAYPAL / Money order / certified check  or Net 30  with prior approved credit.
 

* No returns for credit will be accepted without prior written authorization code. All errors in shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

* Shipments returned to FBSCC due to customers absence or refusal can only be re-shipped with a 15% fee added.

* Prices subject to change without prior notice.

* Shelf life: Products are best and recommended to sell within one year of purchase.
